I am trying to book 2 rooms for a night in Sun City. I called Central Reservations and asked for 2 rooms on the night of the 8th of Feb. They refuse to make my booking because it is a weekend and they say that I must book for 2 nights. I informed them that it does not say that anywhere on the Sun City or Sun International websites, and their feeble excuse is "It's because it is just Sun City" Now, we have planned our trip around 1 night at Sun City. We have already booked all accommodation in other places in the area. I have read and reread the Terms and Conditions on Sun City website and reservations, and there is nothing about a minimum of 2 nights stay on a weekend anywhere in terms or conditions. How can they refuse my booking, enforcing a policy that is not advertised or listed in their Own Ts and Cs? Please answer Sun International???
