My DSTV is not working, I called the Call Centre, I was holding on the line for a very long time and the next thing when they answer they are not able to assist. I then called again and was holding on the line until my airtime ran out and loaded airtime and called again and I was holding on for a very long time and when the person answered they are not able to assist and I just wasted my airtime and my time for nothing. Can somebody help me because I am paying for nothing!!!
