We have called the callcentre multiple times. We have send Sms's and still we have a problem with our decoder that cannot be fixed. (Error code e30-4). everytime the agent tells us to wait a couple fo minutes and the problem will go away.
We have been patient with all this from this Explora system. It is one problem on the next.
But today i had enough.
I WANT MY MULTICHOICE SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED.
YOUR AGENT CANNOT HELP, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND USELESS.
I HAVE A ERROR E30-4 (CHECKING SUBSCRIPTION STATUS ) AND YOUR USELESS AGENTS TELL ME TO UNPLUG THE CABLES.
FFS! THE PROBLEM ON YOUR SIDE. TRAIN YOUR AGENTS IN YOUR CALL CENTRE.!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR BOTH DECODERS. I WILL RATHER BE WITHOUT MULTICHOICE THAN EVEN CALLING YOUR CALL CENTRE AGAIN. TOOK THEM 12 MIN TO ANSWER THE PHONE.
AND THEN THEY BROKE THE SUBSCRIPTION TO MY SECONDARY DECODER. NOW I HAVE 2 DECODERS THAT DOES NOT WORK.
