I am deeply dissapointed with the service me and my wife got, when we wanted to go see a movie, as per usual we wanted to get snacks before the move, we stood in the queue for more than 30min just to get to the front of the queue and be told that they are offline. Now already late for the movie I was told by the extremly rude manager that I must go and make a plan. There were several people behind us in the queue waiting to pay with their cards. The least I expected was to be notified, that system are offline prior getting in the queue. I really dont appreciate the managers tone and manner, I have been a loyal customer for many years, looks like I'll just download the movie from the internet and view in the comfort of my home. Please keep this in mind Ster-kinekor, the people pay lots of money for a service, they can get otherwise from a internet connection and a 3d tv
