Once again DSTV has failed me... I can't believe this!!! I waited for over an hour in the line to make payment @ Shoprite... I wanted to make an annual payment of R6875 into your account with Ref Number:74912514, to my surprise, this account belongs to a Mr. Wagner???!!! I than spend more than 30min & R50 of my airtime trying to contact you and my call keeps getting dropped and than I get through to Mpho Kgomo (the most incompetent in the world just like you ...)she gives me the same Ref Number that reflects for Mr. Wagner, rather than listen to what the matter is and sort it out, she wants to have a personality contest with me (Are you ma se poese not professional at all)... I want you guys to call me back because Mpho doesnt seem to give a about sorting out my problem, STUPID!!! I am utterly disgusted by you and can't believe that all my efforts are to make an annual payment and this is the that I get... wait in line only to almost make payment into the wrong account, lol... You gotta be me!!! DSTV, I will never forget this and this is how you mourn the Father of our Nation, by this sort of service to 1 (maybe that's why you don't care)
