To whom this may concern
I have been to ster kinekor rosebank the zone, and purchased the movie thor, which said that I get 200 points on my club card, which was not added, and when I purchased a mega combo I was suppose to get 100 points, this was not added, this is unacceptable as I purchased these for the mere fact that the points will be added. can some from ster kinekor get back to me on this matter. also a few months back I purchased the fast and furious movie using the ster kinekor app, and was double charged, I sent through a complaint and no one responsed. that was at east gate mall cinema, this is totally unacceptable and what a response as a matter of urgency! and to be compensated for my troubles.
