I have been trying to get hold of DSTV / Multichoice for the past 2 days and have spent nearly all my free minutes in just trying to get someone on the line. Pathetic! Honestly multichoice / dstv if you cant use technology to provide a simple call back service, what has become of customer satisfaction / customer focused approach? I really hope they just call me back to enable me to sort out these technical issues because after more than 5 calls, for more than 60 minutes holding I cannot phone them again in trying to get assistance! Hence if you take out a subscription with them be sure you don't want to cancel it soon, because you might not be able to get hold of them to cancel!
