On 29 novenber I realised that I had four free golf games left as I am a pmg4 member. At playmoregolfsa you are encouraged to book ten days in advance to get a booking. I booked all my games for dates in december as you are allowed to book ten days in advance. On the first of December playmoregolfsa took my monthly subscription of R509 of my account. In return for the money im suppose to get four free games of golf for december and I get an affiliation at observatory golf course. To my disappointment I didnt receive my free games. I emailed on sunday 1 december. Still waiting for a return email. After calling the call centre the incompetent staff told me I wont get my four free games this month as I have got my four games for the month all ready through the games I booked from november. I argued and nobody wants to listen to my story. I gelt yhat I paid for my four free games and I need to receive them no matter how many games I booked for december in november. After all playmoregolfsa did take my money. November so I paid for those games. I did ask the manager or the guy who pretended to be the manager to either give me my money back or my four free games.
