just lastweek i wrote about multy choice service, i got respond but it doesnt say much.they are telling me that my dish was disconnect because of systen error, now my question is everytime when they are having problems with their system are they going to disconnect us, so we can pay connection fee"THE DISCONNECTION WAS DUE TO A SYSTEM ERROR AND WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED"WELL I DONT BUY THIS .you know im so tired of multychoice
on the email amanda lady responded, she said i must go to lebowakgomo branch to enquire about being upgraded to another pakage, i went there.they also can not explain a thing, they told me to phone the call center..wht the of a service
this is my last request cause im tired, i never upgraded my channels, i never spoke to anyone about the upgrade.can someone please expalin to me what was that R67.20 WHICH I PAID, WHAT WAS IT FOR? CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY, I DONT WANT TO WRITE TO HELLOPETER AND COMPLAIN ABOUT YOU MULTICHOICE AGAIN.EXPLAIN WHT THE ITS GOING ON IN MY ACCOUNT OR REFUND MY MONEY BACK.YOU DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL AND EXPLAIN
