I bought my TopTv decoder three days ago, and still no installation, when an sms was sent to me with installer details I phoned the installer and was told by him that they don't do installations for TopTv any longer because Toptv is busy with change of ownership and if he does the installation he will not get paid, after numerous phonecalls and having to hold the line for howlong everytime I phoned there is still no installer and still no service, I work in the retail business and could only managed to get today off for the installation to be done as I was ensured yesterday that it will certainly be done today, I wanted to get DSTV but was convinced by a family member to get TopTv instead, what a pitty I listened to them, I am highly dissapointed in your service and will surely never ever reccomend you to anybody! PS I want shis decoder installed today, I will take this further!
