Yesterday, both my decoders went off, my PVR and Single view. First getting through was to a point I gave up. Today I called in for technical assistance and to be told that I might have to bring my decoders for testing. Fine, not a problem. The issue started when I found out that I opted for insurance on both decoders and to be told that I was not insured and only the single view was insured. I AM SO UPSET THAT I REQUESTED FOR INSURANCE AND WAS TOLD I WAS INSURED EARLY DURING THIS YEAR AND SUDDENLY WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENES, I AM NOT INSURED, I AM TOLD THAT I CANCELLED. I NEVER CANCELLED MY INSURANCE. MULTICHOICE ARE AND AVOIDING TO FIX MY DECODER. I WAS TOLD TO CALL 011 369 4000 AFTER REALISING THAT THE IS A PROBLEM. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THREE DIFFERENT AGENTS AND I AM GETTING DIFFERENT STORIES. THAT CLEARLY SHOW A MESS UP.
