Yesterday morning just after 7 I called the call centre regarding a change I wanted to do. I installed a decoder in my flat. It was previously connected on xtra view, but I replaced it with another decoder. I was promissed that the xtra view dept will call me within 2 hours to sort out the problem. It is 36 hours later and still NO FEEDBACK from DSTV. I should have thought that it was to good to be true. DSTV can't sort out a problem within 2 hours, not even 2 days. Their service is PATHETIC and stinks of incompetence. I also wanted to load easy view on the decoder.
