I contacted your customer care twice and the 1st call was from the number 0117903142 and the agent did not perform a proper security check as she asked for the account holder name and cell number and gave me all the information without asking for the ID number. i called back a few minutes later with the number 0745127242 as the issue i was having was not resolved and the agent refused to help me because i did not know the ID number to my uncles account which i did advise, than i asked her to send me to a manager than my call got terminated.
i am extremely disappointed as this call cost me money as i kept being placed on hold.
