Pushplay not paying refundable deposit (Groupon)

Dear Pushplay

I purchased a Groupon voucher for Pushplay for a 'A six at a time two-month unlimited DVD rental subscription'. In the voucher terms and conditions it stated: "The 1 month free trial still applies, thereafter Groupon becomes active, Customers will need to pay the Deposit for the free 1 month trial, Thereafter if you decide to cancel your contract, you will receive a full refund, In order to receive a refund on the deposit customers will need to email [URL Removed] to request a refund". I have emailed Pushplay to receive my refund but they refuse to pay it.

If the deposit is not refundable then why would anyone buy the Groupon Voucher? The voucher costs R99 and the deposit deposit is R149 thus if the deposit is not refunded then I would be paying R248 for the voucher which is a rip off.

WARNING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS: Don't buy the Groupon voucher (as Groupon has offered it again since I bought it) as it amounts to a in my opinion.
