Wrong information/no help

I phone toptv to find out what to do
My decoder just went dead no signal.
they said it can be the decoder or the dish.i need ton buy a new decoder,
they have recondition decoders for R150.
i asked them how must i pay and what account?
they gave me this account and told me to use this reference.
i must email them the proof of payment (i did and received feedback attached)
after phoning every day to find out when it will be delivered today they told me no it are the wrong account.
i need to go to my bank and ask them to revers the money
then i have to pay the money in to a other account
I asked to speak to a supervisor no they in meeting.
Is this how starsat want to begin???
