I bought my dstv at Game Southgate, the installer 1st installed the decoder right below a tree in the yard and next and when I called to ask him to re-install it elsewhere he wanted to charge me, I had to escalate the matter to make him re-install it for free, now he put it at a higher point but my dstv still does not play when there is the slightest of wind blowing, my issue is that the dish installed in my backrooms and neighbours who also have trees in their yards plays very well, it only looses signal where there is heavy rain or wind. Why does the installer not place the dish where it will not be affected by the tree if the tree is the problem, or does he want me to call him and pay him to re-install it AGAIN? Or if the dstv will not work properly no matter where it is installed why are we not advised accordingly?
