I am totally disgusted with how I have been treated lately by multi choice and it's employees, I have recently had accounts problems with them and it was sorted after I spoke to several manager's, on Sunday my account was suspended due to their error and when I ask tthem why? No one had proper answer nor responses, what they can say when I ask them who's duty is it to make the service running, they tell me that it's my responsibility to call them with my airtime to have the service running again. I want multi choice to re imbues me for all the inconveniences on my account, credit back all the days they had suspended my service in September and August and the minutes i have used to call them. All their guys are incompetent and when my year with you expired, take my word i will get something better for my mom like top TV or open view.
