No Dstv after paying 900r and buying explore

I bought an explorer PVR decoder and paid DSTV 900 rand on the 26th October 2013. I even paid 200 rand for Boxoffice bit still got disconnected. What a pathetic service!!! I am appalled. My family cannot watch TV. Tried calling the call centre number on 9 November and nobody bothered to answer calls. Kept on hold for 30 minutes listening to a stupid machine. What a rip off!!!
