Vodacom, They deducted my entire airtime balance for no reason what so ever. When calling the call centre to enquire about the problem. I have been holding for 28 minutes to speak to a consultant. This from a company that advertises itself as effieint & customer orientated.

This is not only appauling customer service, nut clearly the bigger the network has gotten the further away & out of touch they have become with their client base.
