We eagerly awaited the Durban tour which was meant to be held on 31st October 2013 at 7pm. After purchasing our tickets way in advance we were highly disappointed when they decided to cancel the tour mere hours before the event due to the 'threat' of bad weather, i.e. rain, however it clearly states on their website that the tours operate in rain?!?! I am extremely angry and disappointed. We were looking forward to spending our Halloween evening on the tour and now have been let down at the last min! Unacceptable and unprofessional!
