I have requested that the double charges and all reconnection fees be reversed on my account as Multichoice disconnected my services even though I did not request them to do so due to them allocating the payments late to my account. I pay my account on the date they inform me to pay it.
11 days later and this issue is not resolved. I submitted the proof 3 times to your call centre people who obviously are not trained to handle such a COMPLEX issue
