My mom's decoder is still ofF EVEN THOUGH top tv IS owing her, my question is if she owes you R100 & something and Top TV owes her R200 and something wouldnt it be logical for top tv to take their alleged amount and settle it then put back my mom's decoder on? BYE TOP TV HELLO DSTV
