I have a problem on my DSTV/multichoice account. Since Oct 2012, I have been charged R65.00 extra on my account - my normal amount due is/was/should be R654.43. but now is incorrectly R719.43. I have called multichoice 5 times since I noticed the issue (I even went into the Pretoria East office one day) and five times I have been promised that the problem has been rectified. I called in November 2012, December 2012 (ref no. 117818975), the 9th of Jan 2013 (ref no. 118821656), 16th of Jan 2013 (I couldn't get a ref number, because the system was down) and the 24th of Jan 2013 (ref number 119875226). The issue is still present on my account and no-one at Multichoice has been able to correct the issue. The last operator also told me that there is no other method to query the issue, except for calling them, which obviously does not work, so I have turned to this site in an effort to get the issue resolved. I sincerely hope that the problem will now get the attention it deserves as I find it appalling that Multichoice is quick to ask me for my monthly subscription fee, but non existent is solving this account issue which has been present for almost 4 months now.
