I live in DRUMMOND, halfway between Durban and Pietermaritzburg, 45 minutes drive from gateway...
I arrived at gateway at 9am in time to watch a 9.05 movie... ticket line, not working, machine at counter not working, popcorn counter, not working as ster kinekor had a national problem ith cd it card. Bynow it was 9.17... movie was 9.05!!! I verified the national problem by calling ticket line 082 number trying to by a ticket on my cell...
I asked for the manager..not at work yet... got the supervisor,
Suggested I go and watch the movie and I would pay her afterwards once their problem was resolved... given that I was captive in the cinema and she knew exactly when the movie finished... NOT A CHANCE... she would not try and any way to assist..remember I have spent R300 petrol to get there... And I am on time and trying to buy a ticket!!!
Have never been more angry at the apathy and attitude of a supplier...
How hard would it have been to let me in to pay afterwards... surely this is called customer service... instead you have aFURIOUS customer who will definitely take this furthe
