After numerous failed attempts at getting through to the DStv Cape Town call centre, to our shock we were connected to another customer's call! We could listen to the entire call, including the security verification process, and could hear both the consultant and caller. This is a MASSIVE security issue. How does something like this even happen? I no longer feel safe calling Multichoice over the phone. What if the customer in question had been handing over sensitive banking/credit card details over the phone?
