We are a small business in Benoni that used Hiring Connection in Northmead to assist with a function for a marketing project. From the first phone call we asked about an invoice to make payment. We do not like being in debt. We made numerous phone calls and email enquiries about the invoice. Months later we get a nasty phone call from a debt collector. We again enquired and were sent the incorrect invoice. Upon enquiry we were met with nasty comments about the invoice being sent months ago and the incorrect company details on the invoice can now not be changed. After being threatened, we have now paid it as per the incorrect details and had to lose out on the vat because they could not be bothered to listen to their clients or correct their mistakes and instead of assist their customers with problems which they themselves caused, we have had to submit and pay in order to avoid being blacklisted. Its a sad and pathetic situation when doing what you have been paid for is too much effort. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMEND STAYING AWAY FROM HIRING CONNECTION OR GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING TO PROTECT YOURSELVES FROM LATER THREATS FOR THE COMPANY;S MISTAKES!
