Most unfriendly hotel in South Africa

I was looking for accommodation for 20 - 22 September 2013.I called Sibaya Lodge on 16 September and I was told the hotel is fully booked but I left my details to be contacted in case a room became available. I called the hotel on 19 September and I was told there was only one room available for the night of 20 September and the hotel was fully booked for the rest of the weekend. I made a booking and submitted my credit card details. My dad check me in on 20 September and he enquired if there was a room available to the night of 21 September and he was told there are rooms available. Whilst my dad was checking me in, three other people walked in and ask for room for the weekend and they were accommodated. I feel I was to by the reception desk. I would like a detailed log to prove me wrong regarding the information regarding room availability at the hotel.

If you want more complimentary shampoo - you must pay R5.00 in cash and no receipt is provided - where is the money going? Late check out is not allowed and someone came to escort us out of our room at check out time. Reception is unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. This is the only reception that does not answer the phone.
