I have downloaded music that I payed for I bought probably over a R1000 of music. MacBook Pro soft wear had to be installed and my music was lost. I have tryed to contact Nokia a couple of time on facebook and e mail it is a big des appointment. They have not sorted my problem so they make life hard do not no if I want to support Nokia ever again. With apple if my music got deleted or anything I can just press cloud and get things back without paying again. I pressed download history at the OVI music store but when I download some of the music the store ask for my bank card again. I don't think it is fair if I Have to pay to or 3 times for one cd. I thought buying online music or DVD are better because no one can your music or even that it get scratched. But now it is a big battle to get things I already payed for I have invoice from Nokia but why is it so difficult to sort out a problem?
