Wrong month for billing and service!!!

I have bought dsvt on the 13th of Sept, then activated it on the 14th..the lady that was assisting me advise to pay R55 within 24 hours, then I paid that amount..she told me that the next payment is due in Oct, then I insisted to set up a debit order for me... then she told me to choose the date I said 20th of each month is perfect..then she advise me that I will pay on the 20th of Oct R275... yesterday they deducted that amount which I didn't budget to pay this month... this is very inconviniencing especially to person like me who follow budget... can you guys please listen to the call as lady told me that their calls are recorded and reverse back my money, I also want you to cancel a debit order I will pay in cash in future..and please don't disconnect me because its your staff's faulty.
