On your website you said we can make request for a fixture to be delivered on our inbox, but that does not seem to happen, every day I have to make request of which sometime's is never fulfilled, I have to nag every day before I'm gonna get the fixture, its becoming such a boring exercise, you should have mentioned that we have nag before we gonna get this fixture, clearly the person whose doing this job is not doing his or her job properly, they should be redeployed, or you rather make the fixture downloadable to cut the matter short.
