Reconnection issues

I cant believe its so difficult to make payment for DSTV. The website does not allow me to make the full payment so that i can get reconnected. Then it does not allow me to make more than one payment per day. Huh???
Then i try to set up the debit order online... more website errors.
Sent an email yesterday morning... No response
Seems like multichoice does not want money people
