No channels for R695 a month

On Monday 2 Sept DSTV suddenly froze on the loading screen. Tuesday and Wednesday it worked OK. Today, Thursday 5 Sept it is again frozen on the loading screen and when I choose a channel all I get is a blank screen. I am paying R695 every month for 31 days of DSTV. This is now the second day that we are unable to watch DSTV. This is pathetic and I demand to get refunded for every day or part thereof that I am unable to watch DSTV. When I emailed them about the problem I received a reply stating that they did not understand what the problem was. The stress DSTV causes and the time and airtime I spend every time trying to sort out DSTV problems is just not worth it and my daughter will have to learn to live without her cartoons. I will have to find another way to entertain her. I will not be subscribing from October. To think I am considering buying the new explorer decoder. NOT ANYMORE.
