I have bought Top tv decoder from House and Home on 27th of July 2013 and i called toptv for installation and requested for them to send the contacts of their installer via email since my fone was broken. i didnt receive the email. 2 days later called them again i was given 3 numbers to call, of which i did call those numbers but only to be told that they are not servicing Joubert park. still after 2 months no installer came through. i ve spend more than R200 to call Toptv and a bunch of their installers still no service. I want toptv to take their decoder to refund me cos their services is useless. no wonder why dstv is the best. NB I am tired of getting lousy excuses from team.
