I have bought the top tv 5 days ago and still nobody came and install it i have send everything i needed to send and they send me the technicians number the first technician name is Danny. We told him that the only day he can come do it for us is Monday he was so rude and making like he is doing us a favor by coming to install it so i was rude back he refuses now to come install it for us the next technician car is broken and he cant help us I have wasted more than a R100. rand airtime and got no where Top TV better compensate my airtime this is such nonsense should have stayed with DSTV they have such lovely and friendly service. IF this is not sorted out by end of week i will take it back and get a refund.
