NOT A HAPPY PLACE

We have now on 4 occassions visited the movie house or as Ster-Kinekor puts it "Your Happy Place" and believe me that its the complete opposite. TIcket buying online is fantastic and collecting tickets is also great except when the machines dont work then we are assisted by sour faced staff who think they are doing us a huge favour by working at Ster-Kinekor.
My main concern is the ques for purchasing snacks to enter the cinema. There was a system that worked and some bright spark who thinks they have a handle on the situation made the queing system ten fold worse. To watch a movie on a Saturday night at 5 for eg. you have to get in que to purchase snacks 30-45 min before the movie starts. I mean what the #$*%.
Let me assist :- You have 12 tillpoints. Rightfully speaking you should have 12 seperate ques with quide ropes on a busy night as appossed to 2 long ques. Eg. If you have 1000 people in two ques you have - 500 in each que however in 12 ques you have -83 per que and therefore the wait is shorter. Statistically speaking people will always join the shorter que so there should not be any long waits with 8-12 ques.
NOT A HAPPY PLACE ANY LONGER. Disappointing management.
