Poor service, bridge of contract

As nasper group member i got discount so my subscription was deducted directly from my salary. Till i resigned in feb 2010. 11th feb i called to disconnect my service cos im unemployed and was told that i need to call back month end a day before my next payment ofcos that was contract allow me to disconnect at anytime just no credit would be refunded. Now dstv claim my account was short payed like i was the 1 doing the payments. Never during my subscription period was i informed of this.my service ran till may before it was cut even though they never received payment and i disconnected my decoder and dish before end feb cos i was moving. Multichoice contract state if u dont pay on n i d ur account will be suspended. They didnt do so. Now they expect me to pay
