I went to sterkinekor sterland in Hatfield Pretoria to watch The Wolverine.
i got there at 09:00 because the movie was suppose to start at 09:15, i bought my movie ticket and a combo of medium popcorn, medium coke and a bar of chocolate, all together i paid R74.00 including the ticket.
i then proceeded to cine 9 where the movie was suppose to be shown after few minutes of sitting in the cinema room one of the sterland employees came to the room and told us that there was some technical issues the movie "The Wolverine" will not be screened.we were given an option to choose another movie or to get a refund.
i decided to get a refund because i was willing to go to another sterkinekor to watch that movie.when i get to the counter i spoke to the manager by the name of Lerato who was very rude and unhelpful, she told me that she is only going to refund me R16 for the ticket.
while i was trying to convince lerato to give me my money back the same guy who told us that the movie wont be screened came and said the problem is now sorted.when i got to cine 9 it was not the movie that i wanted to watch. I HAVE BEEN TRICKED TO WATCH A WRONG MOVIE BECAUSE LERATO DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY REFUND.
