I subscibed to DSTV beginning July 2013. I have on several occassions called the call centre requesting my dstv tv magazine. To date, STILL NO MAGAZINE. I thought that the amount you paid included your free monthly magazine but obviously I am wrong.
Not sure how many times I need to call in, using my money, being placed on hold for up to 15 minutes just to ask for my monthly magazine.
It's really very bad service for a new subscriber to experience.
