Good day,

I pay R300.00 per month for Mnet. On the 1st of August my signal to my decorder was disconnected. I call the contact center in Goodwood on 0215082222, and they told me someone will be calling me to fix my decoder. No one contacted me. I called again on the 11th August for assistance, and was told again someone would call me to fix my signal. No one called. Today 15th August i called the call centre again and was told the same thing "someone will be incontact with you". I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving. Multichoice call center is of no help to me. I am requesting assistance from Multichoice, or they should refund my payment.

Can the correct person who can help me with my scrambled Signal please call me on my cell phone on 0716046005!!!
