On 12/08/2013 i took 3 ladies to SQUIRES restaurant for dinner.i ordered drinks and starters for the 4 of us.later 2 friends that was in the area joined us and we pulled a wooden table nearer cause we were sitting in a booth and to have them closer to us.we ordered main course and i then approached the waiter to inform her that i am a gold mvg card holder and that i want to make use of my benefits.she then referred me to the manager, Craig.he did not listen to me and just said that we are 6 and that the benefit don't apply. i asked him to split the tables and that i will pay it separately.he told me that the management of grand west casino comes down hard on them when they apply the benefits and that he cant do it.i then paid for the drinks and starters and left.security then blocked us and a Lionel Holm insisting i pay for the food we did not get or ate otherwise he is going to ban me from grand west.i explained that its not the 1st time this has happened when ever i want to apply the benefits then there is some story.he did not listen to any reasoning and banned me from grand west casino, a person who visits your casino at least twice a week.is this the way you treat a loyal client
