I have cancelled my Dstv Subscription on the 28 of December 2012. I have requested a refund for my January 2013 payment. As of today 23 Jan. 13 I still have not received my refund. I have phoned in 4 times and every time I phone I get told that the refund will be done within 7 working days. I phoned again today 23 Jan. 13 to find out what's going on and got told that I now have to send my ID and bank statement to them before they will do the refund. They also don't keep records of the times I phoned to ask for a refund.
