We have a PVR decoder with the Box Office function, we usually use the box office function a few times in a month. However on Friday we wanted to use it only to find 5 movies on the list. I phoned the call centre where they took me through steps to fix the problem. I then cleared my recordings from 71% to 30% I deleted some of my recording and scheduled recording. A 48 hour waiting period was explained to me for the movies to download. After the 48hours nothing downloaded, another call was made to the call centre. Went through the same process but with a decoder refresh at the end. Then there was a 24hour waiting period. After the 24hours 1 movie downloaded.

The question now is how does my recordings affect box office if I am only using 71% of my capacity to record, Why does scheduled recording affect my Box Office obviously it should clear itself after the series is done recording.
Whats the use of having all these functions if you can't use them all?

As for repeats, I read your explanation on the website and think its ridiculous, you should have stuck with 2 movie channels. You now just move movies around. This month the movie shows on family next month it shows on comedy?
