Hi

im very disgusted in the way multichoice is handling me as a new customer..

many years ago i had a subscribtion with multichoice where at a stage i cancelled the subscription due to immegrating over seas.. after 8 years im back in SA and i want to subscribe to multichoice as new suscriber.. now everytime i want to activate my decoder and smartcard with multichoice i get blocked and get told i need to have my cellnumber or business number i used to have 10 years ago... come on who can remember contact numbers from so far back when i was overseas for 8 years.. i can see that multichoice not interested in getting new clients.. they basicaly show me they dont want my business..
