I have received the rudest phone call from one of your centre agents!
At 08h33 this morning, i received a call and I answered my phone, and he asked if I was (my name), to which I said yes, and asked if I could help him. He asked me a second time about my name and again I said yes. Then he asked me to verify my details to which I told him that he was speaking to the right person and asked what the problem was. To which he then asked me to verify my details and said no, and before I could say anything else, he mumbled something into the phone, which I could not understand, and then put the phone down in my ear!! Now, firstly, if you have my second name and NOT my first name, then already I am worried, as I do not use my second name! Secondly, if you have my second name, then you also have my ID number as YOU have me listed on your systems. Thirdly, allow ME the opportunity to ask what the call is about and for YOU to do the legal and right thing and that is to explain to me why YOU are calling ME!! So, when someone from the SABC would like to talk to a really nice guy, and explain to me what the is going on, you give me a call and we can TALK!!! Thank you.
