Highly dissappointed

On Saturday evening (around 21:25pm) my friends and I went to a few video shops (where we already have accounts) to look for a specific movie. The movie we were looking for, was already taken out at all video shops.

We drove through the whole Paarl with the hopes that we will still find a video shop open - NOORDER PAARL MR.VIDEO. I havent had an account open there, so I took my drivers license with me. Thats what all the other shops used to open an account for me. The guy (white) refused to take my drivers license as a proof of Identification and insisted on a GREEN ID BOOK. Apparently Mr. Video scan the ID books for "security purposes". He also eleborated on the reason why he does not take Drivers license. He told me that there are a lot of people opening accounts at Mr. Video with cards - but my point is, there are millions and millions of walking around with FAKE ID books aswell. So his explanation did not make any sense to me. So yesterday (Sunday afternoon) I went back to Mr. Video Noorder Paarl, with my Drivers License AND green ID book. There was a very friendly girl who opened my account and to my surprise WITHOUT PROOF OF IDENTICATION.
