This year I have attended many shows, all booked through Computicket, which has cost me a of a lot of money. The experience in booking tickets via all your channels, online, app and at Checkers is absolutely horrendous! I have not booked one ticket to date where there has not been problems. A few experiences are: website timing out, payments have not gone through, Computicket stores have been offline and where the competence of staff at your outlets is shocking!!!
This year I purchased tickets for Metallica in Johannesburg, collected the ticket at your outlet. I went to the show and both tickets did not allow access to the stadium. Due to this I missed the first act that played that night.
Today it is one of my parent's birthdays and I purchased tickets to watch Trevor Noah at Monte Casino Teatro as a birthday gift. Money was taken from my account, but no ticket was printed. I had to wait for over an hour while a staff memeber was put on hold with Computicket Retail Support. The problem was not resolved and after an hour I left without any tickets!
I expect to get a response to solve my issue and to get the tickets I originally wanted to purchase
