Unwillingness to assist with dstv not working

I am at my wits end! My HD PVR and extra view was installed on 6 June 2013. I have NEVER had the privilege of being able to view all channels on either the PVR and/or extra view. I am paying premium package fees and have limited to no use of this. I have spent HOURS on the phone to the DSTV call centre, changing cables, resetting the dish. I was even told that the new HD PVR's software was not working. I had the HD PVR replaced and low and behold still the same story. Now I have spent hours on the phone again to the call centre in this past week only to be told that they cannot assist any further and that the installer had to check everything at my expense! This is absurd! The initial installer is supposed to be an accredited person (which I doubt as he sent his brother to do the installation and ripped me with an additional R235 even though we are only 19kms from them). The guy ripped the plaster off my bedroom wall and left all the cables dangling from the ceiling claiming he has no ladder... Now I am expected to PAY again... no way something is very wrong here. I need my DSTV to function properly... PLEASE IS SOMEBODY AT MULTICHOICE PREPARED TO OWNERSHIP AND ASSIST.
