Regarding the 2 ESPN sport channeIs that are being shut down on 31 July 2013. I don't want Multichoice to contact me. I understand it is out of their control and not them taking it of, but rather ESPN.
I just want to say for me personally this is dreadfull news in the extreme. Since 1998 I had the utmost appreciation that DSTV did broadcast the single ESPN sport channel. I yearly watch NFL, NBA, Baseball, NHL and many other sports, and it was absolutely fantastic having this channel and being able to watch the big time sports in the USA.
I absolutely want to cry my heart out this this channel is being removed. It is absolutely terrible.
But DSTV, thank you for the 15 years I did have it. I hope you would be able to find a way to still broadcast some of these great event. Just the thought of not being able to see the NFLSuperbowl make me break out in cold sweat.
I just want to tell Multichoice they must not underestimate the total viewers that watch this ESPN channel, in this country. I think it is far larger than they think. So, I definately think they will get more subscribers if they can find a solution to replace this channel.
