After calling the Call Centre for the first time nearly 3 weeks ago (10 mins in queue and 10 mins speaking to Agent) I informed Multichoice that I would like to suspend my service, yet they still debited my account. I then called in for a 2nd time (10 mins in queue and 15 mins speaking to Agent), and they informed me that it was suspended too late and that is why they debited. I wanted a refund to which they responded that it will be processed and will take 3 working days and another department will call me back to confirm account etc. Over a week passed and no call... so I called in again (10 mins in queue and 10 mins speaking to Agent) and another Agent promised me a callback once she had found out more information. Im still waiting for that call...
So after an hour of airtime wasted Im still clueless as to what is happening. Funny how companies will do everything in their power to get money from you but ignore you at all cost if they owe you money!!!
PATHETIC!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK MULTICHOICE!!
