I have sent mails and on a few occasions requested MultiChoice to move the decoder care insurance from my old decoder to, my hd per decoder as was requested when I activated my new decoder - phoning just does not help as you spend 20 minutes hanging on the phone and still no joy - a year later and they still haven't got it right
